Account
A registered user profile on x8888 enabling access to the Platform's services.
Balance
The total funds held in a User's Account, denominated in PKR, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
Bonus Funds
Promotional credits awarded under a specific offer, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
KYC (Know Your Customer)
The identity and document verification process required under standard AML procedures, typically including government-issued photo ID such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport, and proof of address.
Platform

Wager / Bet

Wagering Requirement

You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of residential address and, in some cases, evidence of source of funds. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended and pending withdrawals held pending resolution.

All Account balances, bets and payouts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, amounts will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, as specified in the cashier.
Deposit methods available to Pakistani users are listed in the live cashier and may include bank transfers and various electronic payment channels. To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete), in good standing and free of any active compliance holds. All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. Available withdrawal methods are listed in the live cashier. x8888 does not guarantee that any specific method will always be available.
x8888 does not guarantee specific processing times for withdrawals. Timelines depend on the payment method, KYC status, compliance review requirements and the relevant payment provider's own processing schedule. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiry will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus offer may be active on an Account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses without prior written authorisation may result in all bonuses being voided.
x8888 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, where it determines that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, or any other manipulative behaviour.
Any PKR amounts or percentage figures shown in promotional materials are illustrative examples only and do not represent guaranteed offers. Actual terms are governed by the live promotional page at the time of participation.
x8888 reserves the right to decline, limit or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, system error, odds miscalculation or regulatory concern. A wager is only confirmed when a confirmation reference is displayed or transmitted to the user.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body or the Platform's data provider. Where a result is disputed or overturned after settlement, x8888 may, at its discretion, adjust the settlement of affected bets.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results or system data, x8888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. We are not liable for losses arising from user decisions made based on erroneous information displayed on the Platform.
Cricket markets, including those related to PSL, ICC tournaments and international fixtures, are offered as sports betting contexts only. x8888 has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or official partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any participating team.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of all balances and funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
All content on the x8888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, icons and layout — is the intellectual property of x8888 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from x8888.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
